Authority figures who think they know everything don't have the answers today -- and you see this clearly. So how do you voice your opposition without stepping on anyone's toes? Especially if your boss is part of the problem, appeal to her or his ego. Imply that listening to you is the path to success that any smart person would choose. Or you can always just let these power players discover their error the hard way. They'll listen to you next time.p/s: I'd change my layout. ubah selera pandangan... :D
